NPS Customer insight survey

Pete did not like not knowing where his company stood with their client base. The uncertainty of what information the clients knew or didn’t drove the base questions for the survey and produced highly-actionable intel.

ACTION

Virtually Sourced & VoloHaus (collaboration) customized a highly-specific NPS survey to distribute to a client base of 300. We obtained qualitative & quantitative feedback from these clients (with a 30% engagement rate), including new found revenue streams.

OUTCOME
